Arabian Adventures to take F1 off-road with exclusive desert evening featuring Guenther Steiner

Dubai, UAE, 30 April 2025 – Arabian Adventures, the UAE’s leading destination management company (DMC), tour and safari operator, is set to host a one-of-a-kind evening in the Dubai desert with Formula 1 personality Guenther Steiner during the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix weekend.

This unique off-track experience for motorsport fans will take place on Friday, December 5, 2025 during the race weekend (December 4 - 7, 2025), at The Fort - Lisaili, a multi-experience desert destination in Dubai.

Delivered in collaboration with UK-based luxury tour operator Imagine Cruising, the evening includes a fireside conversation, dining, and live entertainment in a distinct desert setting.

Swapping the roar of the racetrack for the stillness of the sand, the former Haas Team Principal will headline the exclusive 90-minute chat, hosted by ARN’s Head of Sport, Chris McHardy. They’ll dive into the thrills and challenges of the current F1 season – covering everything from team dynamics and race-day pressures to what’s unfolding behind the scenes on and off the track.

Now a respected F1 analyst, Steiner remains one of the sport’s most recognisable voices. Born in Merano, Italy, his motorsport journey began in rallying before transitioning to F1, where he held key roles with Jaguar Racing and Red Bull. He later went on to establish the Haas F1 Team, leading the only American outfit on the grid from its debut in 2016 through to 2023. Steiner also became a breakout star of the hit Netflix series Drive to Survive, earning a global fanbase with his candid insights and no-nonsense leadership style. 

“I can’t wait to meet up in Dubai just before the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the final race of the 2025 season. I’ll be discussing all things F1, the season to date and of course Drive to Survive! I hope to see as many of you as possible there – I’m really looking forward to it,” Steiner said. 

The desert experience is available via several curated packages. These range from standard access—featuring the speaker session, dinner, and drinks—to a VIP Sunset Meet & Greet, which is limited to only 50 guests, and includes an earlier, more intimate session with Steiner before the main event. 

The VIP Sunset Meet & Greet will run from 5:00 to 6:00 PM, with the main Desert Fireside chat from 6:00 to 9:30 PM.

In addition to standalone bookings, the event will also be available as part of comprehensive F1 weekend packages, which include race tickets, after-race concert access, hotel accommodation, and airport transfers. These broader packages aim to provide a seamless and elevated experience for guests travelling from within the UAE or abroad.
